By accessing or using the Dade Arcade website, mobile applications, or visiting our physical location at 7352 SW 41st Street, Miami, FL 33155 (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

Dade Arcade provides a retro arcade gaming experience, including but not limited to: timed gaming sessions (30-minute, 60-minute, and day passes), walk-in play, online pass purchases, and group/family packages. All services are subject to availability, capacity limits, and posted operating hours.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through our website are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Passes are non-transferable and tied to the email address used at purchase.
• Each purchased pass includes a unique pass code that must be presented at check-in.
• Passes do not expire but are subject to change in redemption terms with reasonable notice.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales of game passes are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchased passes, including but not limited to:

• 30-minute, 60-minute, and day pass sessions
• 3-pack session bundles
• Family 4-pack and Family 5-pack deals
• Any other pass or package offered through our website or at our location

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the pass has been redeemed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Facility Rules & Conduct

• All guests must follow posted facility rules and staff instructions.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Dade Arcade is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
• Disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Intentional damage to arcade machines or property will result in liability for repair costs.

7. Assumption of Risk

By entering Dade Arcade premises, you acknowledge that participation in arcade activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your visit. Dade Arcade, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website \u2014 including logos, text, graphics, images, and software \u2014 is the property of Dade Arcade LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
